We’ve been hard at work over the past month bringing you fresh features, refinements, and fixes to make DJ Teams even better.
From more personalisation in your client portals to smarter playlist tools, here’s what’s new.
💡 Highlights from June
✨ New Features
- 🎨 Custom Portal Colours – You can now style your client portal to match your brand. Set your own colour scheme for a consistent, professional look.
- 💬 Custom Welcome Message in the Portal – Add a personal touch by setting a welcome message for clients. You can choose a global message or customise it per booking.
- 🎵 Playlist Song Limit – Keep playlists focused by setting a maximum number of songs clients can add. Apply limits globally or override them for individual bookings.
- 📊 Multi-Tab Playlist Export – Export all playlists into a single spreadsheet, with each playlist neatly separated into its own tab.
🎨 Improvements
- 📝 Multiple Questionnaires – You can now attach more than one questionnaire to a lead or booking, giving you more flexibility in gathering client information.
- 🤔 ‘Skipped’ is now ‘Maybe Play’ – The playlist song option has been renamed to better reflect that the song might still be considered for play.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- 🚫 Duplicate Song Prevention – Fixed an issue where multiple versions of the same song could be added to the music database.
- ✅ Playlist Export Correction – Resolved an issue where Excel exports sometimes produced incorrect song lists.
🔮 What’s Coming in July?
- 📚 Added Resources Area – Introduced a new resources area with curated music charts from radios, social networks and DJ Teams.
