With this update, you can now connect your Gmail account directly to DJ Teams, making it easier than ever to keep your conversations organised and your follow-ups timely. Once connected, email replies will automatically be tracked and attached to the right lead, booking, or contact in your CRM — giving you full visibility into your communication history without lifting a finger.

Pre-emptive Frequently Asked Questions

• Can DJ Teams access my Gmail inbox at all times?
  No. DJ Teams only sends emails when you explicitly instruct the system to do so. We do not have persistent access to your inbox. Replies are tracked using custom reply-to addresses, so the system knows how to associate replies without reading your inbox directly.
• Will my emails still be sent from my Gmail account?
  Yes. When connected, DJ Teams sends emails through your Gmail account using secure OAuth permissions. This ensures emails appear in your “Sent” folder and maintain your professional identity.
• What happens if I disconnect my Gmail account?
  If you disconnect your Gmail account, DJ Teams will stop sending emails on your behalf and will no longer receive replies for tracking. You can reconnect at any time without losing your previous history.
• Is my Gmail data safe?
  Absolutely. We only request the minimum required access to enable this integration, and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with Google’s API usage policies and never sell or share your data.
• How does the Gmail connection actually work?
  When you grant DJ Teams permission to access your Gmail account, Google provides us with a secure, short-lived token. Behind the scenes, we automatically refresh this token to keep your connection active — until you choose to disconnect, either from within DJ Teams or via your Google Account settings.
• Can I connect multiple Gmail accounts?
  Of course! As many as you like, and you can even pair it with email's from other providers like Office 365 or Outlook.
